Kenneth Tan is responsible for the industry development and promotional efforts of the Media Development Authority (MDA) of Singapore, covering seven sectors: film, broadcasting, animation, music, games, publishing and interactive digital media. Kenneth's previous appointments include MD of Village Roadshow's Singapore JV companies, COO of MediaCorp TV and CEO of MediaCorp Radio.

Prior to joining ChrysCapital, Brahmal was at Malaysian pay-TV operator Astro, where he was involved in strategy, marketing and expansion into neighboring countries. He has held GM posts in Telstra Hong Kong and Schlumberger. He was VP at New World Mobility/JP Morgan Partners Hong Kong, and a manager in Swisscom in Switzerland.

Toru (Thomas) Shimada is a Senior Executive Officer and Director of Rakuten Inc., a full service internet company. The company sees e-commerce as a global venture and has set up businesses in China, Indonesia, Brazil, UK, USA, Germany, France, Indonesia and Thailand. Mr. Shimada joined Rakuten in 2004 and spearheads its operations in Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Rakuten, Mr. Shimada was Founder and Director of INTELLIGENCE, LTD from 1989 to 2004. Adam Butterworth, CEO, Clear Channel Singapore

Adam Butterworth is the CEO of Clear Channel Singapore. He has been with the company almost 23 years after starting with what was then More Ferrall Plc in the UK in 1990. He became sales director of Adshel, Clear Channel's street furniture business in the UK, in 2001. In 2004, he moved to Australia as sales director for Adshel across Australia and New Zealand. In May 2010, Adam was appointed CEO of Clear Channel Singapore. Adam likes to think of himself as a catalyst for change and a driver of innovation within the out-of-home medium.

Aruna Natarajan leads Asia Pacific client relationships for OMD's key global accounts, including Johnson & Johnson, Visa, Standard Chartered and Fonterra. In this role, she steers the advertisers' communications strategy across the region. Aruna joined OMD as regional director in 2007. Prior to OMD, Aruna was the planning director on Ford with MindShare China. While there, she also provided strategic planning support for other MindShare China clients, including Gillette and Pepsi. In 2003, she worked in China as research manager at TNS, managing quantitative research projects for clients such as L'Oreal and Intel. Prior to moving to China, Aruna worked in India with MEC and Starcom.

Robin Bell-Jones became a partner at Permira in 2011. He joined the London office in 1999 and, after completing his MBA, spent two years in the Frankfurt office before returning to London. In 2012, Robin moved to the Hong Kong office to lead the TMT team in Asia. Robin has worked on a number of transactions including All3Media, debitel, Premiere and ProSiebenSat.1. Prior to joining Permira in 1999, Robin worked in M&A at CSFB and BZW in both London and San Francisco, focusing largely on the TMT sector. Robin has a degree in modern languages from Oxford University, England, and an MBA from INSEAD, France.

Sean joined the company in September 2012 as Chief Client Officer for the region to take on the leadership of the company's multinational clients, including Nokia, Adidas, Philips, Beiersdorf and Fox, as well as hold responsibility for new business development. In March 2012, he was appointed to his current role to build momentum for Carat in Asia Pacific. Sean was previously regional/global account director with the Omnicom Media Group in London/EMEA, and prior to this was CEO of OMG Thailand.

Calvin Soh set up Ninety Nine Percent in 2012, his latest venture in an already distinguished career in creative agencies. He started as a traffic assistant at Ogilvy & Mather and became the company's employee of the year within two years. He joined Saatchi as David Droga's first hire, and his award-winning campaigns helped make Saatchi Singapore Ad Age's Global Agency of the Year in 1998 – the first time a Singapore agency beat agencies in London, New York, South Africa, and Europe. Calvin was also ranked number one in Asia in 2000 by Campaign Brief, and was in the top three for four consecutive years, having won over 400 international awards, such as Gold and Silver Pencils in The One Show, Cannes Lions, awards from D&AD and Communication Arts.

A trained biologist with a commercial mind, ShuFen Goh traded lab coats for consumer exploration. In 2002, she founded R3 to help clients focus on improving ROI from their marketing, finally putting science back into the equation. Based in Singapore, ShuFen continues to lead R3's global expansion while serving as independent marketing advisor to clients, particularly in aligning marketing to corporate financial goals and helping companies fast track capability in measuring marketing payback
