to OMD, Aruna was the planning director on Ford with MindShare China. While there, she also

Robin Bell-Jones became a partner at Permira in 2011. He joined the London office in 1999 and,

on a number of transactions including All3Media, debitel, Premiere and ProSiebenSat.1. Prior
to joining Permira in 1999, Robin worked in M&A at CSFB and BZW in both London and San

Calvin Soh, Founder, Ninety Nine Percent
Calvin Soh set up Ninety Nine Percent in 2012, his latest venture in an already distinguished
career in creative agencies. He started as a traffic assistant at Ogilvy & Mather and became the
company's employee of the year within two years. He joined Saatchi as David Droga's first hire,
and his award-winning campaigns helped make Saatchi Singapore Ad Age's Global Agency of the
Year in 1998 – the first time a Singapore agency beat agencies in London, New York, South Africa,
and Europe. Calvin was also ranked number one in Asia in 2000 by Campaign Brief, and was in the
top three for four consecutive years, having won over 400 international awards, such as Gold and
Silver Pencils in The One Show, Cannes Lions, awards from D&AD and Communication Arts.
